Responsibilities

Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand project goals and user requirements.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups that effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.
Develop high-fidelity designs using tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, etc.
Ensure consistency in design language, UI components, and user experience across different platforms.
Incorporate user feedback and conduct usability testing to iterate on designs.
Work closely with front-end developers to implement designs while maintaining design integrity through a solid understanding of HTML and CSS.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX and UI design.

Minimum Qualifications

Proven experience as a UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design projects and process.
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar software.
Solid understanding of HTML and CSS, with the ability to collaborate effectively with developers.
Familiarity with responsive and mobile-first design principles.
Strong communication skills to present and explain design decisions to cross-functional teams.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
Attention to detail and a user-centered approach to design.
