The Talent Acquisition Executive will play a crucial role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent to meet our organization's staffing needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying hiring needs to onboarding new employees.

Responsibilities

Recruitment Strategy:

  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and workforce planning.

Sourcing and Screening:

  • Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract qualified candidates.

  • Conduct initial resume screening and pre-employment assessments.

Interviewing and Selection:

  • Coordinate and conduct interviews, both in-person and via video conferencing.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to make informed hiring decisions.

Candidate Experience:

  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

  • Communicate with candidates regarding their application status and provide feedback when necessary.

Onboarding:

  • Facilitate the smooth onboarding process for new hires.

  • Coordinate with HR and hiring managers to ensure a comprehensive orientation program.

Talent Pipelining:

  • Build and maintain a talent pool for current and future hiring needs.

  • Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions.

Collaboration and Reporting:

  • Work closely with various departments to understand their unique hiring requirements.

  • Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry trends.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to assess candidates' skills and cultural fit.

  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.

  • Results-oriented with a focus on meeting hiring targets.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
