Responsibilities
As a Project Manager at Digitup, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects within our dynamic and innovative environment. Your responsibilities will include:
Project Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget. Provide clear direction, motivation, and support to team members throughout the project lifecycle.
SDLC Expertise: Leverage your deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle to plan, execute, and monitor projects effectively. Ensure that all phases of the SDLC are appropriately managed and documented.
UAT Management: Oversee the User Acceptance Testing process, collaborating with stakeholders to validate that solutions meet business requirements. Ensure that testing is comprehensive, issues are tracked, and feedback is incorporated.
BAU Integration: Seamlessly transition projects into Business-As-Usual operations, ensuring that ongoing maintenance, support, and improvements are managed efficiently.
Project Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project charters, plans, risk assessments, and post-project evaluations.
Data Visualization: Utilize your expertise in Power BI or Tableau to transform complex data into insightful visualizations and reports that drive informed decision-making.
Communication: Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Regularly update stakeholders on project status, risks, and successes. Foster an environment of open communication within the project team.
Agile Methodologies: Implement Scrum methodologies and sprint-based approaches to ensure flexibility and adaptability in project execution. Lead sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field; PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
Proven experience as a Project Manager, successfully delivering complex projects within established timelines and budgets.
In-depth knowledge of SDLC, UAT, and BAU processes.
Proficiency in using data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau to derive insights from data.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, and experience leading sprint-based projects.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage and mitigate project risks.
